To ensure inclusion in printed materials and promotional campaigns, membership dues must be paid in full by the published deadline. All advertisement artwork is the responsibility of the member.
The Put-in-Bay Chamber of Commerce Executive Board reserves editorial rights for all advertisement content. Directory websites are not eligible for PIBCC membership. Invoices will be sent upon completion of this form.
