South Bass Island Lighthouse
The grounds are open for free all year from dawn to dusk. Visitors can learn all about the lightkeepers and the history of the lighthouse from several kiosks located on the grounds.

War of 18 Holes of Mini Golf
This challenging course is sure to be a hit with the entire family. Learn interesting facts about the War of 1812 and Oliver Hazard Perry’s pivotal role in American History in the “Battle of Lake Erie” while playing under a canopy of shade trees.
Fort aMaze’n
Put-in-Bay’s only giant maze challenge. Purchase a maze passport then punch your start time as you race to locate and mark special stops along the way.
Gemstone Mining
Gemstone mining is an extraordinary hands-on experience where you can discover real gemstones and fossils! Pan for real gemstones and/or fossils.
Gibraltar Island Tours
Visitors take a guided walking tour of the island including stops at the Perry’s Lookout, the glacial grooves and the historic Jay Cooke Castle after learning about the research and education opportunities at Stone Lab.
Jane Coates Wildflower Trail & Ladd Carr Woods
Located on Put-in-Bay Road, about 1/4 mile north of Maple Leaf Cemetery, Jane Coates Wildflower Trail is a nature trail protected by the Lake Erie Islands Conservancy and now owned by the Put-in-Bay Township Park District.
