This private form is for Chamber members to register as Oktoberfest vendors. After registering, you must also complete a Temporary Food Permit with the Ottawa County Health Department.
Vendor Information:
Vendor participation is limited to Put-in-Bay Chamber of Commerce members. Non-members must receive prior approval from the Chamber.
Vendor space is $50 and includes one 8 ft table space (with appropriate clearance). Additional table spaces may be added for $25 each.
Each vendor space is intended for a single business. Multiple vendors may not operate under one space. If multiple individuals or businesses are selling separately, additional spaces must be reserved.
Important Safety Notice: No deep fryers are permitted inside tents under any circumstances. All cooking equipment must be safely operated outside of tents.
