Historic Weekend returns to Put-in-Bay September 11–13, 2026, commemorating the Battle of Lake Erie with a full weekend of events at Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial.
The weekend includes living history demonstrations, small arms and artillery displays, historic encampments, and educational programs throughout the park. Visitors can also enjoy the Historic Weekend Parade on Saturday and live performances during the day.
On Sunday, the weekend concludes with a memorial ceremony and wreath laying at Perry’s Monument, honoring the legacy of the Battle of Lake Erie.
All events are free and open to the public.
