Friday’s Festivities: The Adventure Begins

Pyrate Fest XVI kicks off on Friday, June 28th, with a grand Flag Raising ceremony at DeRivera Park & Harbor, marking the commencement of the pirate festivities. As the evening sets in, adult buccaneers can join the Pyrate Pub Crawl, indulging in island-inspired drinks and merry company. This crawl, a hit among pirate enthusiasts, provides an opportunity to explore the local pubs and enjoy a night of revelry and camaraderie.

Saturday’s Spectacle: History and Fun Unite

Saturday at Pyrate Fest XVI is a full-day affair, starting from 10 am with the Pyrate Encampment & Marketplace. Witness the early 1800s come alive with pirates, treasure hunts, and interactive activities. The Pyrate Kids Zone becomes a treasure trove of excitement, with sword fights and the chance to join the Pyrate Krew, under the watchful eye of Captain Jack Sparrow and his crew.

Please read the following:

Space is limited and registration is accepted on a first come basis. A display space is equivalent to a single 10’x10′ space in DeRivera Park. The cost is $75 for a display space equal to or less than a 10’x10′ open space for BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY (6/24-6/25).  One eight foot table will be provided or you may bring your own. The cost is determined by the space rented and not by whether a table is needed. We will only be providing one (1) table per space rented. Additional tables may be rented at a rate of $25 per table.

Those who bring a pop-up tent will be charged a flat fee of $75. A single eight (8) foot table will be provided if needed. Vendors must provide their own pop-up tent. Pop-up tent spaces will be ten (10) feet by ten (10) feet, so tents should be no bigger than 10’x10’. You MAY NOT exhibit in the park unless you are a part of this show. THIS IS NOT A TENTED EVENT SO IF YOU WANT TO BE UNDER A TENT, YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN.

Please note,  you will be charged for the space being occupied (10’x10′). No electricity will be provided!

All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

Set up begins at 8:30am on 06/29. We can not accommodate any early arrivals. Tear down must begin promptly at 5pm on Sunday as vendors must be out of the park by 6pm on Sunday.

Vendors must have some pirate themed or related items. We reserve the right to deny any vendor registration. Any registration fees will be refunded if denied.
